Privacy Policy

Your trust matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you have over your information.

01Who we are

Vardhan AI is an AI transformation practice founded by Garvit Jain, operating from Indore and Bangalore, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://vardhanai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email contact@vardhanai.com.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

  • Details you give us — when you submit the AI Growth Audit form or contact us: your name, email, phone, job title, company name and website, company size, industry, the areas you want help with, your challenges, budget range, timeline, and any notes you add.
  • Technical data — to keep the form secure and prevent spam, we record the IP address, browser user-agent, and referring page of a submission, along with basic anti-abuse signals.
  • Communications — messages you send us over email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn.

03How we use your information

  • Respond to your audit request and prepare your written plan.
  • Contact you about your enquiry and, with your consent, follow up.
  • Provide, operate, and improve the services you ask us about.
  • Protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Meet legal and accounting obligations.

04Our lawful basis

We process your information based on your consent (which you give by submitting the form), to take steps at your request before entering an engagement, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the business. Where India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we honour the rights it gives you.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Hosting & infrastructure — our website host and database provider store the site and your form submissions.
  • Email — our mail provider, to correspond with you.
  • Legal — authorities, where we are required by law to disclose information.

06Data retention

We keep audit and enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and to run any engagement that results, and thereafter only as long as required for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your rights below).

07How we protect it

Access to submissions is restricted to Garvit Jain and anyone directly helping deliver your engagement. We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

08Cookies & analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. The site does not run advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.

09Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email contact@vardhanai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our services and the audit form are intended for businesses and people aged 18 or over; we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business and the law evolve. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
