These terms govern your use of https://vardhanai.comand the materials and the free AI Growth Audit offered through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Vardhan AI is operated by Garvit Jain from Indore and Bangalore, India.

The Site describes Vardhan AI’s services and lets you request a free AI Growth Audit. The audit and any information on the Site are for general guidance. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines) that we agree with you before work begins — these terms do not by themselves create such an engagement.

The AI Growth Audit is offered free and without obligation on either side. Recommendations are based on the information you provide and our professional judgement; results depend on factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, savings, or revenue.

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site lawfully, and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, no automated scraping or spamming of our forms, and no use that infringes others’ rights.

The Site, its content, design, and the Vardhan AI name and marks are owned by Garvit Jain unless stated otherwise. You may view and share the content for informational purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party tools and websites (for example WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or providers we reference). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

The Site and the free audit are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardhan AI and Garvit Jain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or the free audit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these terms, subject to applicable law.
